Oficial Minutes Of The A.C.M.A. 1/14/2012We met at Hardees South Somerset, KY, January 14th 2012 Present were Nathan Purcell (Pulaski County Chapter
Leader) Chuck Gibson (Kentucky State Chapter Leader) Alene New Gibson (Wayne County Chapter Leader) Amanda Neeley (Kentucky
State Secretary) and four members of the South Central Kentucky "Head Board" Steve Stewart, Nathan Purcell, Chuck
Gibson and Alene New Gibson. Also present were Wayne County Members Julie Ann Bryant, Beth Neeley. The meeting
was called to order at 12:15 pm. A statement was read from Kentucky State Chaplain Rev. Sonny Hankins, who could not attend
because of an accident involving the only form of tranportation he had at the time.Brother Steve Stewart opened with prayer
in Sonnys absence. The Oficial minutes from our previous meeting December 3rd 2011 were read...and a motion
was made to accept said minutes as being read by Steve Stewart and seconded by Julie Bryant. A motion was then made to accept
minutes as being accurate and true by Nathan Purcell, and seconded by Beth Neeley. And passed into finished business. The
A.C.M.A. financial report was then rendered, the healthy financial status of the A.C.M.A. looks very promising...a motion
was made to accept the financial report as being read was made by Charlene Worley and seconded by Amanda, another motion was
then entered to accept said financial report as being true and accurate by Beth Neeley and seconded by Alene New Gibson. And
then passed into finished business. Old business was then brought to the table: A motion was made
by Charlene Worley to move the benefit for Barbara back to new business, then was seconded by Steve Stewart. A
motion was made by Amada Neeley to keep A.C.M.A. T-Shirts as new business was seconded by Charlene Worley. Steve Stewart made
a motion to close out old business and seconded by Beth Neeley. New business was then brought to the table:
A motion was made by Steve Stewart to move "the New Years Celebration" to finished business, and seconded by Chuck
Gibson, then passed into finished business. The Metcalfe County Singing scheduled for January 28th was then discussed
in further detail. The event will start @ 3pm Central time, concessions (a chili supper) will be available, courtesy of Alene
New Gibson (Wayne County Chapter Leader) This event is free to the public. It will take place at Bowling Park, Edmonton, KY.
Exit 27 off of the Cumberland Parkway, bare to the right towards Edmonton, the Parks recreational center will be on the left.

Laurel County Recruitment Singing was then discussed in further detail, we heard from Pulaski County Chapter Leader Nathan
Purcell, (who has been working with Laurel County Chapter Leader Sister Lou Robinson, in setting up this event) the event
will start at 11am and end at 7pm the event is free to the public. Concessions will be available. The event is scheduled at
the Corbin Civic Center Corbin, KY. exit 29 of I-75 right off the exit go about 2 miles and look for signs for The Corbin
Civic Center. Contact: Pulaski County Chapter Leader Nathan Purcell (606) 425-2776 Sound provided by: Gibson Hill Studios. The
Wayne County event which is sceduled for March 17th was discussed in further detail, we then heard from Wayne County Chapter
Leader Alene New Gibson. The event will take place at the ARC Christian Fellowship 2144 Hwy. 3106 Monticello, KY. 42633...at
the end of Kings Hwy. on Trueblood Ln. Concessions will be available.Will be dicussed further at the next meetin March 10th
2012. Contact: Wayne County Chapter Leader Alene New Gibson (606) 348-9832 Pulaski County Yearly event will take
place April 14th 2012 at the New Judicial building downtown Someret, KY. 42501..further details will be disscussed at next
meeting of the A.C.M.A. 3/10/2012 The benefit for Dylan Decker (A nine year boy in stage four of kidney failure)
was then discussed (actually not an A.C.M.A. event, but will involve A.C.M.A. Members.) The event will take place on January
21st 2012 at the ARC Christian Fellowship, and will start at 11am and run through 7pm. featuring the Fall Creek Boys. Concessions
will be available with all the proceeds going to the family. The "A.C.M.A. Comp Disc" was then discussed
at greater length, the project will go out to at least 100 radio stations nationwide, and will now cost the Artist only $11.50
per song (thanks to the efforts of the National fundraiser commitee Chairperson Julie Ann Bryant) and will feature 15 Artists.
The deadline will be March 15th 2012. If you would like to be on the "A.C.M.A. Comp Disc" please contact Chuck Gibson
at (606) 307-5451 a.s.a.p. A Spirit Card fundraiser was then discussed, and a motion to move forward with it was
made by Chairman Chuck Gibson and seconded by Alene New Gibson. The card will benefit the national fund and separate counties
can order their own for fundraisers in their repective Counties. This item became part of New Business. Nominations
for positions within the National Associations took place, Nathan Purcell who now holds the position of acting Secretary for
National Association (which was vacated by Don Inks) was nominated to that position, and accepted his nomination. Amanda Neeley
was nominated as Kentucky State Secretary and accepted her nomination, Julie Ann Bryant was appointed to the National Commitee
Chairperson and will oversee all commitees set up on the behalf of The A.C.M.A. Alene New Gibson was nominated for the office
of Treasurer, and accepted her nomination as well. Steve Stewart was appointed by the National Chairman of The A.C.M.A. to
the Head Board of The South Central Regional Chapter of The A.C.M.A. Nathan Purcell was nominated and accepted his nomination
for Co-Chairman. voting on these will take place March 10th 2012. If you want to vote in this years elections, and you are
a "Card-Carrying Member" then you need to be at this meeting. A motion was then made to close New Busines
by Steve Stewart and seconded by Charlene Worley, followed by a motion to close the meeting by Beth Neeley, seconded by Alene
New Gibson. Nathan Purcell closed the meeting with prayer at 2:50

Official Minutes Of The A.C.M.A. 12/03/2011 We met at The ARC Christian Fellowship December 3rd 2011 Present were Wayne County members Julie Ann Bryant, Beth Neeley, Amanda Neeley, Pulaski
County Members Charlene Worley, Doug Worley, Steve Stewart, and Chapter Leaders from Wayne (Alene New Gibson), Pulaski (The
Preacherman Nathan Purcell) and Metcalf (Rev. Sonny Hankins) Counties, together with Kentucky State Chapter Leader and National
Chairman of The A.C.M.A. Chuck Gibson. The meeting was called to order @12:45 and opened with prayer by Kentucky
State Chaplain for the A.C.M.A. Rev. Sonny Hankins. Minutes from the previous meeting (November
12th) were read, a motion by Doug Worley that said minutes be accepted as being accurate and true was then seconded by Rev.
Sonny Hankins. Item was passed into finished business. The A.C.M.A. Financial report was then
rendered. A motion was made by Steve Stewart to accept the financial report as being read, seconded by Sonny Hankins. A motion
was then made by Amanda Neeley to accept the financial report as being accurate and true, and was seconded by Alene New Gibson.
Item was passed into finished business, until such time as it would need to be dicussed (As is our practice)... Old
business was then brought to the table: *The Girl Scouts and possible A.C.M.A. benefit For
Barb will remain an item for old business. A cover band was discussed, Lavergn Tripp maybe? Amanda Neeley will check on the
venue and report back to us at next meeting. *The A.C.M.A. Compilation Disc: a motion was made by Sonny
Hankins to move this item back into new business seconded by Nathan Purcell, another motion was made to appoint Julie Ann
Bryant as chair person over a committe to help fund those who are wanting to be on the Comp disc. motion made by A.C.M.A.
national secretary Nathan Purcell, seconded by Sonny Hankins.The motion carried and passed into new business once more. *Motion
to move the A.C.M.A. Christmas banquet to finished business was made by Chairman Chuck Gibson seconded by
Beth Neeley...and passed into finished business without any questions concerning the event, which let us know that the event
was indeed a success. *A.C.M.A. T-Shirt Fundraiser: order forms were brought to the table and orders
were taken... the A.C.M.A. will make a $6.00 profit on each T-Shirt sold. *Motion to close old business was made
by Sonny Hankins, seconded by Charlene Worley New Business was then brought to the table: *Details
were disscussed about the 2nd annual "A.C.M.A. New Years Celebration" activities start at 6pm and will run
through to 1am Sound system personel (Chuck Gibson and Ronnie (System provided this year by Gibson Hill Music) will be there
at 4pm to set up Soundchecks will start @ 5:15 pm. We then heard from Pulaski County Chapter Leader Nathan Purcell. A meal
is provided, plans were made as to who is bringing what (Potluck) sounds like another great event! A motion was then made
by Chairman Chuck Gibson that this item be passed into old business was made and seconded by Amanda Neeley. *Metcalf
County Chapter singing was then brought to the table for disscussion: We then heard from Metcalfe County Chapter Leader Sonny
Hankins, who then poured over details about the event. Concessions will be handled by Alene New Gibson, A Chili Supper, along
with grilled cheese and hot dogs...the sound system (provided by Gibson Hill Studios) will be there to set up along with sound
system personel Ronnie, and Steve @ 10am. directions were then discussed, exit 27 off the Cumberland Parkway...bare right,
look for signs to Bowling Park. *A motion by Pulaski County Chapter Leader Nathan Purcell to move item "Laurel
County Singing" back into New Business was seconded by Kentucky State Chapter Leader Chuck Gibson, and passed there unto
it was sent. We then heard from Pulaski County Chapter Leader (Who was acting on the behalf of Laurel County Chapter Leader
Lou Robinson) the event will take place on Saturday February the 11th at 12pm @ the Corbin Civic Center In Corbin, KY. for

motion was made to move Wayne County Yearly event back into New Business was made by Chairman Chuck Gibson, and was seconded
by Alene New Gibson, all were in favor, the item then passed into New Minutes We heard from Wayne County Chapter Leader Alene
New Gibson...The event will be held at The ARC (ARC Christian Fellowship) Saturday March 17th (St. Patricks Day I am a bit Irish so you all better be wearing something green...just kidding) the festivities will start at 4pm concessions
will be available. *A motion was made to dicuss an item of old business by Nathan Purcell namely the Pulaski County
yearly event that will be held this year at the new Judicial building downtown Somerset, KY. seconded by the Chairman of the
board Chuck Gibson, we then heard from Nathan, a few details were added, the even will begin at 12pm and the sound will be
provided by Gibson Hill Studios. All A.C.M.A. members that are wanting to take part in this singing need to get registered
now. Call Pulaski County Chapter Leader and National Secretary for The A.C.M.A. Nathan Purcell at (606) 425-2776 *A
couple items that were added at the last meeting as new business will remain as new business, a motion made by Chairman
Chuck Gibson, and seconded by Steve Stewart, carried and the items kept their status as new busines. Item A.
The rights and responsibilities of State, County Chpter Leaders, Intrastate, and U.S Regional Directors. We then heard from
the national Chairman for the A.C.M.A. Chuck Gibson All the changes set forth in the "Rights And Responsibilities amendment
to the re-organization of The A.C.M.A. will take full effect on January 1st 2012. This amendment will be explained in full
and posted on the Official A.C.M.A. "Activities Page" no later than January 30th 2012. Item B.
Election of Officers for 2012-2014 Item C. An Award for outstanding members, ameneded once more to include
all members, Artists and Fans alike, and is scheduled to be a part of this years awards. *Several new items were
added to new business: A.C.M.A. Event at the Cave City Convention Center for 2012, a motion made by Metcalf County Chapter
Leader Rev. Sonny Hankins...however motion was tabled for further discussion, mainly for the cost involved. *A motion
was made to have an event involving Mary Kay Products by Beth Neeley, the motion was tabled for further discussion at next
meeting (because of time-out on this session) *Motion to close out on New Business was made by Sonny Hankins and
seconded by Charlene Worley, a motion to close out the meeting was made by Wayne County and south Central Kentucky secretary:
Amanda Neeley and seconded by Charlene Worley. Pulaski County Member Doug Worley Closed us out in prayer @ 2:39

Official Minutes For The A.C.M.A. November 12th 2011National Head Board Meeting ["Kentucky State Chapter"] We met at Frishes Big Boy London, Ky. 11am.
Present were: State Of Kentucky Head Board Members Doug Worley, Alene New "Gibson" Rev. Sonny Hankins, Nathan Purcell
and Steve Stewart. Represented were Pulaski, Wayne, and Metcalfe Counties. The Meeting was called to order at
11:30am (the meeting was postponed while waiting for other members who never made for one reason or another. Opened in prayer
by: newly appointed Chaplain for the Kentucky State Chapter Of The A.C.M.A. Rev. Sonny Hankins. Minutes from
our previous meeting were renderedRev. Sonny Hankins made a motion to accept minutes as being accurate and true, seconded
by Anene New Gibson...passed into finished business. The Financial Report was then rendered. A motion by Rev.
Sonny Hankins was made to accept said financial report as being true and accurate, seconded by Nathan "The Preacherman"
Purcell, and passed into finished business. Old business was then brought to the table:
*The Rada Knife fundraiser was moved to finished business...we actually need a fundraiser that works! Motion made by Doug
Worley seconded by Nathan Purcell. *Elections will now be moved again to New business...motion made by Sonny Hankins, seconded
by Alene New Gibson. *A motion was then made to close out old business by Chairman Chuck Gibson, and seconded by Alene New
Gibson. New Business was then brought to the table: *A motion was made by Chairman Chuck
Gibson to move the Girl Scout and A.C.M.A.benefit to old business. motion was seconded by brother Doug Worley and carried.
*Motion to move the A.C.M.A. Comp. Disc to old business was made by Chairman Chuck Gibson, then seconded by Nathan
Purcell...said motion was carried. *A motion to move the Nov. 12th meeting to finished was made by Chairman Chuck
Gibson, and seconded by Sonny Hankins, and carried. *Motion to move "Talents For Christ" to finished
business was made by the Chairman and seconded by Nathan Purcell, and carried. *Motion to move 2011 Christmas
Banquet to old business was made by the Chairman, seconded by Doug Worley and carried. *A motion to move the
"A.C.M.A. New Years Celebration" to old business was made by the Chairman, seconded by Doug Worley, carried and
passed into minutes. *A motion to keep the Metcalf County Singing for January 28th as part of New business was
made by the Chairman and Alene New Gibson was in agreement and seconded the motion, we then heard from the Metcalfe County
Chapter Leader Rev. Sonny Hankins who discussed the singing in greater detail and talked about, set up, concessions, direction
etc. and the motion carried. *Motion to move the Laurel County Singing to old Business was then made by the Chairman,
seconded by Doug Worley...then carried. *A motion to move Wayne County Singing (for March 17th 2012) to Old Business
was made by the Chairman Chuck Gibson, seconded by Alene New Gibson. We then heard from Wayne County Chapter Leader Alene
New Gibson. Arts and Crafts will be sold, possible Bake Sale, as well as other items to be auctioned off at silent auction
to benefit the Wayne County Chapter. and carried. *A motion was made to move the Pulaski County Singing for April
14th 2012 into old business was made by the chairman, seconded by Sonny Hankins, we then heard from the Pulaski County Chapter
Leader Nathan "The Preacherman" Purcell, and was carried. *A motion was made to add items to New Business...and
the first item of business is the rights and responsibilities of State, County, District and Regional Leaders and directors.
Items to be Discussed will be but not limited to rights to appoint Chaplains, Right to appoint a treasurer, rights to appoint
a secretary (temporarily till officers can be elected of course) Chapter Leaders must have a singing set up by the first quarter
of the new year, if not they are then placed on a 3 month probationary period, at which point they could removed from their
respective positions. Motion made by Nathan Purcell, seconded by Chairman of The Board Chuck Gibson and carried. A Full "Rights
And Responsibilities" sheet will be discussed further at our next meeting and changes are set to take effect January
1st 2012. Motion was carried. *An award for outstanding member, criteria include but is not limited to service,
commitment, and dedication. Said awards to be for non-Singing members, fans as an initiative to join and support. *New
T-Shirts were brought to the table...the others were not well accepted, a motion to accept was made by Chairman Chuck Gibson
seconded by Alene New Gibson. Doug Worley then made a motion to close out new business, seconded by Nathan Purcell
and the motion was carried. Rev. Sonny Hankins then made a motion to dismiss and seconded by Nathan Purcell, we
dismissed at 12:47pm. Nathan Purcell then dismissed us in prayer. Please continue to pray for those of us who
helping to "Promote Gospel Music As A Ministry To All People"

Official Minutes Of The A.C.M.A.
Head Board Meeting West S.Central Kentucky District We met at Hardees South 27 Somerset,
KY. Meeting was called to order at 2:30pm and opened with prayer by Rev. Sonny Hankins (Metcalf County Chapter Leader) Those
in attendance were Sister Alene New (Wayne County Chapter Leader) Amanda Neeley of Wayne County, Charlene Worley of Pulaski
County, Nathan Purcell (Pulaski County Chapter Leader) Brother Steve Stewart of Pulaski County and Chuck Gibson (National
Chairman for The A.C.M.A.) Minutes were read from our previous meeting on September 12th
2011, a motion was made by Rev. Sonny Hankins to accept the minutes as being true and accurate, motion seconded by Charlene
Worley and was carried over into finished business. The A.C.M.A. Financial Report was then rendered,
a motion to accept said financial report as being true and accurate was made by Amanda Neely; and seconded by Sonny Hankins
and was passed into finished business. Old Business was then brought to the table:
*An election for officers for the West South Central District was again part of old business discussed and nominations
were made. Treasurer: Alene New, Charlene Worley was both present to accept their respective nominations. Secretary: Nathan
Purcell, and Amanda Neely, also Nathan Purcell was nominated for National Secretary by Chairman Chuck Gibson. Rev. Sonny Hankins
was appointed by Chairman Chuck Gibson as Chaplain for the Western S. Central district and accepted that appointment.
*The 2011 A.C.M.A. Singing Convention, and Pulaski County Christian Fest both passed into finished
business. Two items of business was tabled because the lack of communication on the part of those who made the motions. The
A.C.M.A. Choir style singing at W.L.J.C. and the Casey County Singing for the month of August (which was tabled before any
details could be discussed) both items were then moved into finished business. *A motion was then made by Nathan
to close out old business seconded by Steve Stewart. Old business was then closed. New business
was then brought to the table: *A motion that was made by Amanda Neeley about a singing involving
the Girl Scouts and The A.C.M.A. was moved to old business for further discussion. * The 2012 A.C.M.A. Comp
Disc was then discussed in further detail. $50.00 per Song, 15 artists will be included on this years disc, and will be distributed
to 100 radio stations nationwide. * November 12th is the scheduled date for the National Head Board
Meeting. Which promises to be a very special one with two of our founding members in attendance. Frishes Big Boy London, KY.
is the site of this very important meeting. All State, Regional, District and County Chapter Leaders are encouraged
to attend. The status of the re-organization process will be in review, along with the continued expansion of the A.C.M.A.
Nationwide. * "Talents For Christ" a youth oriented talent show was discussed
in further detail. There will three main categories for which to enter "Group" "Soloist" "Miscellaneous"
(which covers everything from poetry, songwriting, Preaching, Christian Comedy, and Drama). Grand prizewinners in each category
will receive 8 hours of recording time at Gibson Hill Studios, second place winners will receive 4 hours of recoding time,
other prizes include $25.00 Wal-Mart gift cards and certificates of recognition by Gibson Hill Music Publishers. Registration
prices are $25.00 per Group, $15.00 for Soloist, $10.00 for the miscellaneous category. This will be a 1st annual
event for the A.C.M.A. Held at The ARC Christian Fellowship in Monticello, KY. (Wayne County) to register call 1-606-307-5451
or simply e-mail evjuniorgibson@yahoo.com * The A.C.M.A. Christmas Banquet will be December 3rd again at The ARC Christian
Fellowship in Monticello. Christmas Dinner will be $5.00 for this event...which will include Ham, Turkey, and all the trimmings!
The festivities will begin at 4pm bring a friend and enjoy a night of fun, food, fellowship and good gospel music! *
The A.C.M.A. New Years Celebration and Singing is set for 6pm at the site of the old Pisgah Schoolhouse again this year. Please
bring a dish to share with everyone. * Metcalfe County Singing will take place on January 28th 2012
3-9pm. This will be Rev. Sonny Hankins first singing set for his County, so please everyone that will, make this a success
for Brother Sonny and for Metcalfe County Chapter. It is still part of active business and will be discussed in further detail
at the November 12th meeting. * February Singing for Laurel County (Not Confirmed) *
March 17th will be the date for the 2012 Wayne County yearly Singing, held at The ARC Christian Fellowship 4-9pm
* Pulaski County will have their yearly singing April 14th at the Judicial Building downtown Somerset,
KY. 12-6pm * May 12th 2012 is when the A.C.M.A. Picnic will take place at Eubank Park Amphitheatre
Eubank, KY. Please make plans now to attend. The National Association will provide a cookout; fun, Food games and plenty of
gospel music will fill the air again this year at this 13th annual event. * May 19th Perry
County Chapter will host their annual singing, so please all those that would, try to make this a successful event and show
some support for Brother Harold Fouch (Not yet Comfirmed, will be discussed in further detail at November's meeting)
* July 7th will be the date for "Christian Fest 2012" held at General Burnside Island Park (Shelter
1?) * A motion was made to check on getting another A.C.M.A. banner made Wal-Mart? Seconded by Steve Stewart,
and was carried over into new business. A Motion was made to close out new business by Amanda
Neeley and was seconded by Charlene Worley. New business was then concluded. A motion was then
made to dismiss by Rev. Sonny Hankins, seconded by Brother Steve Stewart. Closed in prayer by Sister Amanda Neeley at 4pm

Official Minutes Of The A.C.M.A. 9/12/2011 Haven't posted the minutes from last meeting and here it is almost time for another meeting of the southwestern regional
Chapter of Kentucky to have another! Praise God anyhow! Meeting was called to order at 12:00 noon with only two
head board members and three other members present. Only two Counties represented (Pulaski, and Wayne) opened with prayer
by: Brother Nathan Purcell. Minutes were read from previous meeting (August 20th 2011) by Chairman Chuck Gibson and
a motion was made to accept those minutes as being accurate and true, by: Alene New, seconded by: Amanda Neeley. Motion carried
and was passed into finished business. The financial report was then rendered, a motion was made to accept said report as
being acurate and true by: Nathan Purcell, seconded by: Amanda Neely. Motion was carried and passed into finished business. Old buisness was then brought to the table. *Pulaski Chapter Leader Nathan
Purcell reported that $55.00 was added to his Counties fund, from The First Annual "Christian Fest" at Pulaski County
Park July 31st 2010. "Christian-Fest" and The Benefit for the American Red Cross both were considered as sucessful,
thanks to the efforts of Pulaski County Chapter Leader Nathan "The Preacher Man" Purcell. * We then
discussed in further detail the 12th annual A.C.M.A. Singing Convention...Nathan volunteered to be one of our door greeters
for Fan-Fare, and to make up the programs to be handed out at the door. $5.50 was set as the price of the meal provided by
Sister Alene New and Sister Amanda Neeley. * The American Red Cross Event was also discussed in further detail.
A motion was then made to close out old business, and seconded by Alene New. New Business was the
brought to the table * Elections for officers in 2012 was again part of new business, however no nominations
were made at this meeting, we will be accepting nominations for Secretary (Southwestern Region of Kentucky) also for treasurer,
also for treasurer for Nation Organization, and a National Commitee Secretary. and getting back to the basics, Chaplains will
be appointed by each County in 2012. * A Girl Scout event was mentioned, but no motion was made to work in co-operation
with The A.C.M.A. on a benefit. * A motion was made to work on an A.C.M.A. Comp Disc again this year, it will
cost $50.00 to be on the Comp Disc which is mailed out to 100 radio stations nation wide. Seconded by Nathan Purcell and carried
over into New Business for further discussion. A motion was then made to close out new business and seconded by
Amanda Neeley, along with a motion to close the meeting, seconded by Alene New. The meeting was then dismissed at 2:00 pm

Official Announcment For The 2011 A.C.M.A. Awards The awards this year were officiated by founding member Troy Cupp, and Chairman Chuck Gibson without further ado
we will tell you that the Winners of the A.C.M.A. 2011 Artists awards Saturday September 17th are Amanda Neeley for soloist of the Year; The Blessed Singers for Mixed Group of the Year; New Jerusaleum Bluegrass for Family Group of
the Year; Roger Holmberg for Male Vocalist of the Year; Dianna Boggs of New Jerusaleum Bluegrass for Female Vocalist; Evangelist Junior Gibson for Musician of the Year; Freda Mullins for Songwriter of the Year; The Blessed Singers for Song of the Year; Evangelist Chuck Gibson Gibson for Project of the Year. This
years event was a very special one indeed...we were blessed to have to have the founder of "The American Christian Music Association" Troy Cupp along with His lovely wife Barbara and their adorable family The Cupps. However because of their very hectic schedule they attended as guests and did not sing. Brother Troy helped with the ceremonial
handing out of The Artist Awards this year as honorary and founding member of The A.C.M.A. and spoke as though he was very
pleased with our accomplishments thus far, and commended us on our labor of love for the Lord. The American Christian Music
Association was started by founding members Troy Cupp,and Ray Bryant back in 1998 and has since grown into a national effort
to accomplish the purposes for which it was formed. THE A.C.M.A. PURPOSE
*To Promote Gospel Music as
a ministry to all people. *To promote Christian Unity between Gospel Groups, and to break through
denominational barriers! *To promote Gospel Music from every genre, whether it be Southern, Country,
bluegrass, or Contemporary. *To Assist new singers and groups in furthering their ministry to which
God has called them. *To establish a network of chapters, county and state Nation Wide. *To make our talents available to conduct benefit singings for worth while causes. It
was truly a wonderful time of fellowship for the many friends, family, and fans of Gospel Music and the various Artists of
"The A.C.M.A." during our fan-fare (meet and greet) product tables were flowing over with love as folks were introduced
to the ministries representing The A.C.M.A. the commencment (the awards ceremony began 12:15) and what a blessed time of joy and tears as the Artists recieved their prestigious awards...The
Blessed Singers waliked away with this years Awards "Mixed Group Of The Year", "Songwriter Of The Year"
(Freda Mullins), "Song Of The Year" "Thank God For His Love" behind them was our beloved Chairman Chuck Gibson ("The Singing Evangelist") who recieved three awards "Musician
Of The Year" and Mercy Walked In "Project Of The Year" and one he didn't expect a complete suprise "A
plague for "Dedication and Service" to The A.C.M.A. also named as "Male Vocalist Of The Year" in 2010
now belongs to our very own Roger Holmberg of Anchorage Alaska, as we mentioned also Family Group Of The Year" wentto "New Jerusalem Bluegrass" and Sister
Diana Boggs Of N.J.B. who recieved the "Female Vocalist Award" "Soloist Of The Year" Amanda Neeley who
also worked very hard campaigning for her votes. Then it was on to a banquet catered by Wayne County
Chapter Leader Sister Alene New Amanda Neeley, and the ladies of the ARC Christian Fellowship Sister Jenny and Sister Beverly with service fit for a king :-) thank you. In attendance were some of the finest
Gospel singing Artists anyone could hope for, The Reeves Family, Peggy Inks, The Blessed Singers, 4 His Praise, Charlene Worley,
Sonny Hankins, Tim and Kosha Ellison, Steve Stewart, Doug Worley, Alene New, Amanda Neeley, The Singing Evangelist, and Silas
Eisenback, just to name a few. Held at the prestgious "Gospel Singing Barn" an outreach of the "Somerset
Baptist Temple" and "King Of Kings Radio Network" we appreciate Brother David Carr, Sister Gwen and Congregation, for being gracious in allowing us this opportunity. Also
many thanks goes out to Pulaski County Chapter Leader Brother Nathan Purcell for all his hard work and dedication to this
event, for making it a memorable one for all of us. May God crown all his efforts with loving kindness and tender mercy! During
this years Singing Convention we added three new members Sister Connie Still (4 His praise who became a card carrying member,
Connie and her husband Tommie Still also agreed to represent The A.C.M.A. as Madison County Chapter Leaders, and tommie accepted
his appointment to sit on the Head Board, AMEN!) Silas Eisenback from Louisville Kentucky, (who also signed up as a County
Chapter Leader), Brother Steve Stewart from Bronston, Ky. (who has been working behind the scenes for a couple of months,
helping out with various events in several counties) In closing I would like to congratulate the winners of the
2011 A.C.M.A. Awards, all of them worked hard getting their votes in and tallied before the deadline. Our P.O. Box stayed
full for two months! God bless and prosper all that we do to bring glory to the name of Jesus!

Come and join us in honoring those who lost their lives 10 years ago in the most tragic incident this Country
has experienced since Pearl Harbor...we are proud to work alongside the Red Cross in raising money to carry on it's work as
"First Responders" to these types of critical situations! The event will take place September 9th and 10th at light 5 in Somerset, KY. Kroger's parking lot (behind Taco Bell) All A.C.M.A. members
and Chapter Leaders are encouraged to come and if possible help out. Hope to see you there.

Official Minutes from July 16th 2011 Meeting was called to order at 12:15 pm with 3 head
board members & 6 members present 3 County Chapters represented
(Pulaski, Casey, Wayne) Opened with prayer: by Brother Clarence Mullins Minutes were read from previous meeting May 7th
2011 by Chuck Gibson, motion was made to accept minutes as being true and accurate by Nathan Purcell, seconded by Freda Mullins.
A.C.M.A. Financial Report was then rendered and a motion was made by Clarence Mullins to accept said report as being accurate
and true (seconded by Alene New) *Old Business was then brought to the table, * Rada knives sales, sales pitch for the Rada knives discussed, “worlds best knives, backed by
a lifetime guarantee” it was explained that we really need to make this fundraiser work. The information on “How
To” is in the packet. This quarter for the knives will August 8th this item will remain as part of old business
till the fundraiser is finished business. *The Pulaski County
Chapter Leader Nathan Purcell presented Pulaski County singing “Christian fest” in detail. July 30th
2011 at Pulaski County Park. *Wayne County Singing, which was
moved to The ARC Christian Fellowship passed into finished business. Motion made by Charlene Worley seconded by Nathan Purcell.
*The A.C.M.A. Singing Convention was discussed in further detail. Greet and
meet to take place at 11 am, awards banquet to commence at 12pm (awards then spaghetti dinner will be served, catered by Alene
New and Amanda Neeley) open mic 1pm till 2pm (guests of the A.C.M.A.) * Motion was made to close old business by Clarence Mullins, seconded by Charlene Worley. * New business was then brought
to the table: * The ballots for the awards and official
voting process will end on September 1st ballots postmarked (snail mail) on or before September 1st
will be counted voting on-line at www.theacma.ning.com will end September 15th * Clarence and Freda Mullins
was made honorary members… * Pulaski Counties Red Cross
Benefit was discussed and will take place on September 9th and 10th Kroger’s North. Pulaski County
Chapter Leader Nathan Purcell brought a sign up sheet, and will announce the Singers at our August 20th meeting.
To be discussed in more detail then, as old business. *Songwriter’s
Workshop July 23rd all A.C.M.A. Members were encouraged to come. * Singing Evangelistic Ministries Crusade was then discussed, all A.C.M.A. Members are welcome to come and sing for
the Crusade. *Singing Convention September 17th 2011
all members are encouraged to come and take part in the festivities, which include “greet and meet “ at 11am Awards
Ceremonies at 12pm, 12:30pm Awards Banquet open mic 12:30pm till 2pm Award winning nominees will sing first
then all other Artists. * Several New motions were brought to the table to be added as new business

Minutes Of Heard Board Meeting May 7th 2011 The meeting was held at The Golden Coral in Somerset, KY. called to order by Chairman of the board Chuck Gibson and
opened with prayer at 1pm by Rex Slife. Present were Head Board members, Chuck Gibson, Rick Seagraves, Nathan Purcell, Larry
West, Dale George, and Doug Worley, in attendance were members Amanda Neeley, Alene New, Sherri George, Jean Slife and Matthew
Sparks. The official minutes from the previous meeting (February 5th 2011) was then read a motion was then made
to accept the minutes, said motion was made by Rex, and seconded by Doug Worley accepted as being true and accurate and passed
into old business. The Financial Report for the "National Commitee for The A.C.M.A." was read and agreed
upon, a motion made by Dale George and seconded by Larry West then passed into minutes as old business. Old Business
was then brought to the table.The RADA Knives fundraiser was presented by Rex Slife and information handed out on "How
To" make a profit selling the products from the catalog on a 40% commision, all proceeds going into the general fund.
Orders will be taken for six months orders to be in by July 16th for this quarter. Further details were disscussed
about the Wayne County event to take place June 3rd and 4th however, due to the lack of communication between "Love Thy
Neighbor Ministries" and The Wayne County Chapter of The A.C.M.A. the benefit was moved to "The ARC Christian Fellowship"
and became a fundraiser for the ARC Soup Kitchen. (Passed into Old business) New Business was then brought to
the table. Ballots were passed out for a vote on the candidates for the 2011 A.C.M.A. Artist awards. There were 19 artists
in the "Soloist Of The Year Category" 6 in the "Mixed Group" category, 6 in the "Family Group"
category, 15 in the "Songwriter" category, 7 in the "Musician OfThe Year" category, 7 in the "Male
Vocalist" category, 6 in the "Female Vocalist" category 17 in the "Song Of The Year" category, 14
in the "Project Of The Year Category. Three were chosen from each category and became the "A.C.M.A. Artist
Award Nominees for 2011" The awards will be handed out this year at the "A.C.M.A. Singing Convention"
September 17th 2011 all ballotts must be turned in and counted on or before that date. Amanda Neeley and
Alene New made a motion that they would Cater the Singing Convention (Speghetti Supper) this year, motion was seconded by
Chuck Gibson and KFC was also mentioned...(Sonny's lost by a two to one vote) motion did not carry, to be discussed again
as new business. I Support the A.C.M.A. window decals and bumper stickers was brought to the table as a fundraiser
for the Pulaski County Chapter.These will be made available to all A.C.M.A. members and sold on all A.C.M.A. sites and passed
into old business. July 30th Pulaski County singing (which is now referred to as "Christianfest") was
once again brought to the table and discussed. A.C.M.A. Artists will open for guests to be named later. Concessions will be
made available by A.C.M.A. members. Pulaski County Chapter Leader Nathan Purcell discussed the "Pulaski
County Chapter Of The A.C.M.A." Page now available on Face and My Space. All are encouraged to join our Face Book Group. Motion
was then made for our next meeting to be held July 16th at Golden Coral in Somerset (which has now been amended) the next
Head Board meeting for the South Central Kentucky Chapter of the A.C.M.A. will be held officially at HARDEES South on 27 in
Somerset. 12pm Saturday July 16th, motion carried, and will be discussed as new business. Motion was made to dismiss,
motion seconded by Matthew Sparks, the meeting was closed with prayer by Rick Seagraves.
